8 oz sour cream
½ cup canola oil
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups flour
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
