This quick and easy peach cobbler combines sweet, juicy peaches with a buttery, golden crust, perfect for a last-minute dessert fix.
Ingredients
- 1 can sliced peaches
- 1Β½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 stick butter (ΒΌ pound)
- ΒΎ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- β tsp salt
- ΒΎ cup milk
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Prepare Peaches:
- Drain peaches and mix with Β½ cup of granulated sugar.
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Place butter in the bottom of an 8Γ8 inch glass baking dish or 2-quart casserole dish. Set the dish in the oven to melt the butter. Remove once melted.
