Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower: Cauliflower florets coated in Parmesan, paprika, and butter, roasted until golden and crispy.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups cauliflower florets

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, black pepper, and melted butter. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the mixture.
  • Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
