Ingredients:
- Lasagna:
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions:
- Prepare the Noodles: Cook noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
