Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a lined 8x8-inch baking dish to form a crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in an even layer. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
