Ingredients:

  • 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
  • 2 cups (480 ml) marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream or milk
  • 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Spaghetti: Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the marinara sauce, heavy cream (or milk), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Mix with Spaghetti: Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Assemble the Casserole:

    • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the spaghetti.
