- Heat olive oil and 3 Tbsp butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine, and let it reduce for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp, until they are pink and opaque.
- Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Stir and cook for an additional minute.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
